Aquamoves offers a variety of group excercise programs to cater for all tastes, fitness levels and abilities.

BodyPump and Over 50s BodyPump

A total body sculpting, high repetition, muscular endurance, fat burning, weight workout accompanied by highly motivating music. Suitable for all levels of fitness - you work at your own level. Beginner to advanced.

BodyStep

This class will challenge the fittest member and is easy to follow for the beginner. You set the intensity by varying the step height and have the ultimate control over your own progress. The stepping action recruits the large butt and thigh muscle groups and the varying step heights and propulsion levels train the cardio vascular system. The combination of upper body and floor exercises will leave you feeling trimmed, toned and terrific!  Beginner to advanced.

BodyCombat

This class offers a variety of options which allow you to work at your own level. BodyCombat combines elements of traditional martial arts including Tai Chi, Karate and Kick Boxing to give you a great, total body workout. Beginner to advanced.

Body Balance and Over 50s Balance

A Yoga influenced, pre-choreographed exercise program set to uplifting music. In less than 60 minutes, you will experience flexibility, balances and core strength linked with smooth transitions and moments of calm. Each workout is structured to create harmony between breath and movement, action and relaxation, awareness and concentration. The result is a unique and seamless experience that draws you into balance. Suitable for all levels.

BodyJam

BodyJam the ultimate groove class. An addictive melting pot of dance and aerobics moves blended with the latest and greatest sounds of hip hop, funk and Latin American music. Taught with heaps of options for the beginner and the advanced participant, you will  have so much fun you won't even realise you are working out.

RPM

An awesome cycling class which is fantastic for shaping and toning the lower body and will dramatically increase your fitness levels. This is perfect for the beginner as the ride is totally controlled by you, via a resistance gauge. Bookings are essential.

Over 50s Gentle Exercise and Over 50s Mix

Fun-filled, friendly workout designed especially for the mature age group. A low impact class structured to increase muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and fitness.

Real Women and Real Women Step Aerobics

This class is ideal for individuals who are returning to exercise and do not like the format of the Les Mills™ range of aerobics classes. Real Women aerobics features a mixture of medium to low impact moves and conditioning exercises. This class is ideal for the beginner. Bookings are required for this class and can be made at Customer Service. Real Women classes are held in the crèche.

Pilates

Improve your posture and strengthen the core muscles that help to stabilise your body. This class is ideal for beginners to advanced participants. The class will also help you to improve your circulation, flexibility and muscle tone.

THUMP!

THUMP not only provides a great fitness routine for the participants but also offers them a controlled and safe environment to learn the basics of boxing regardless of the gender or boxing ability. THUMP is a highly motivating workout which can carry over to the participants way of life in the sense that it may motivate them and give them the confidence to apply themselves in other areas of their life.

ABT Blast

Abs, Butts and Thighs is an intensive 30 minute class that targets these areas to help, shape firm and tone the body. This class is ideal for beginners to advanced participants.

Yoga

Hatha Yoga - Is the branch of Yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
