Aquamoves Health and Wellbeing Area provides a range of equipment for all fitness levels and abilities.

Aquamoves provides a well equipped gymnasium featuring a range of free weights and pin loaded equipment in a welcoming environment.  Other features also include a diverse range of cardio equipment and a variety of Group Fitness sessions catering for all fitness levels.

Hours of operation

Monday - Thursday: 6am to 9pm
Friday: 6am to 8pm
Weekends: 8.30am to 5pm
Public Holidays: 8.30am to 5pm
