Extreme Measures
Our program is not a competition, the key focus is on healthy weight management and sensible exercise.
The secret to your success is with working closely with your own fitness instructor over a six week program.
Your instructor will design a program which is 100 per cent suited to your needs. They will be available at times set aside specifically for you to help you achieve your goals.

Your nutritionist will work with you directly to examine your current diet and instigate a dietary program, identifying and eliminating current 'bad habits' and advise on moving towards a happier healthier eating plan.
You will be introduced to a number of group fitness classes in a private room to help you build confidence and find the class you enjoy in a comfortable environment.
The instructors that have been chosen to conduct the Extreme Measures program have been selected due to their supportive qualities and fitness backgrounds.
Throughout the whole program you can be rest assured you will
not be exploited, publicly embarrassed or have your results
discussed with another member of staff.
We guarantee our program will get results, as long as you make the
commitment.
Complimentary membership
Participants that are not already members will receive a Full Centre membership for the duration of the program. Participants are able to use the centre in between their sessions.
Your membership will give you access to Aqua aerobics, RPM, Thump, Pilates, all aerobics classes, gym, indoor and outdoor pools (seasonal), spas, sauna and hydrotherapy pool.
Other activities
To compliment your training sessions and with guidance from your instructors, it is expected you do at least two independent gym, cardio or group fitness sessions per week.
It is recommended that throughout the program you make use of the spa and hydrotherapy facilities for relaxation and recovery from your activity sessions.
