Program Details

G.I. Mums Group Personal Training helps achieve peak performance by pushing participants to their personal best under the guidance of Personal Trainers. The sessions are designed to challenge your mind and body whilst increasing your physical fitness.

Sessions begin at Aquamoves and participants will be informed of any chnages of venue prior to the session. During the term you will perform a range of activities including running/jogging/walking, squad runs, push ups, sit ups, lunges, dips, team chanllenges, circuits, obstacle courses, interval training, swimming and boxing.

G.I. Mums is suitable for women of all ages, from beginners to advanced participants. Fitness testing will be completed throughout the sessions to determine your fitness level and monitor your progress.

Childcare 

Childcare is available during session times, however there are limited spaces. During the application process you will need to advise of how many spaces you will require throughout the term so these can be set aside for you.

Flexibility and Attendance

G.I. Mums Group Personal Training is flexible and designed to suit the busy mother. Participants can choose to attend two or three sessions per week. Commitment to your preferred number of weekly sessions and days is required when joining. Please note, the combination of days which you commit to must be identical for every week of the term. Requests to alter your combination once the term has started will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. As a courtesy, we ask that all participants provide notice if they are unable to attend a committed session. Refunds for missed sessions will only be given if a medical condition precludes participation and a medical certificate is provided. No refunds will be given for any unused passes at the conclusion of the term. Left over passes may be used for the following G.I. Mums term providing they are within their 6 month expiry date

Term 1 6 February to 30 March 2012
Term 2 - 27 April to 29 June 2012 

Sessions will not run on Public Holidays.

Session Times

Please note you can choose to attend two or three sessions per week.

Monday: 11.15am - 12.15am
Wednesday: 11.15am - 12.15am
Friday: 11.15am - 12.15am

Cost

16 Visit Pass*: $250.90 (Attending 2 sessions per week)
24 Visit Pass*: $376.30 (Attending 3 sessions per week)

*Casual visits are not available.

  

What you need to bring:

Participants must bring a towel, drink bottle, workout clothes and sensible footwear to each ession.

Health Warning:

Aquamoves recommends all participants who are not accustomed to vigorous exercise to sek medical advise before commenceing G.I. Mums.
