GI Mums
G.I. Mums helps achieve peak physical performance by pushing participants to their personal best under the guidance of trained instructors. Participants attend three morning sessions per week for five weeks. Childcare is available during these session times.

needing throughout the program as there is a limited amount of crèche spots held for G.I. Mums participants.
Participants attend three morning sessions per week for five weeks.
Sessions usually begin at Aquamoves and participants will be informed of any changes of venue prior to the session. Participants are also encouraged
to take advantage of Aquamoves’ facilities in between sessions, especially the pools and spas for recovery sessions.
During the program you will perform a range of activities including running/jogging/walking, squad runs, push ups, sit ups, lunges, dips, team
challenges, circuits, obstacle courses, interval training, pack marches and boxing.
G.I. Mums is suitable for women of all ages, from beginners to advanced participants. During the first session you will undergo a fitness test to
determine your current level of fitness and monitor your progress.

What you need to bring:
Participants must bring a towel, drink bottle, work out clothes and sensible footwear to each session.
G.I. Mums package:
Your G.I. Mums package includes access to all sessions plus a complimentary Full Centre membership for the duration of the program.
Fitness assessments are booked through customer service.
Health warning:
Aquamoves recommends all participants who are not accustomed to vigorous exercise to seek medical advice before commencing G.I. Mums.
