Personal Training at Aquamoves
Aquamoves now has a team of qualified personal trainers ready to help people achieve their goals. As the mornings and evenings are so cold, it can sometimes be hard to find the motivation to exercise and personal trainers are able to help overcome obstacles such as these.
Our personal trainers work with a whole range of clients. Some are returning to exercise after a break and need support to become more active and lose weight. Others may have been exercising for some time and would like to push themselves to the next level.
Personal training is also ideal for people who are training for a specific event such as a triathlon.
Another benefit of personal training is its time effectiveness. Because the personal trainer is using advanced training techniques, results are able to be obtained within relatively short exercise sessions. This makes it ideal for people who lead busy lifestyles and find it hard to make time to exercise.
A large part of the appeal of personal training is that it offers a flexible exercise option that can be conducted at times and locations which are convenient to the client.
During the first visit the personal trainer will spend time getting to know the client and identifying their goals. Once the trainer understands what the client wants to achieve they are then able to develop an exercise program to help reach their goals.
The most popular package involves two personal training sessions a week over a six week period. This is supported by additional exercise outside of the training sessions. At the end of the six week period clients are experiencing real results such as increased energy and improved muscle tone. Some then decide to continue with personal training while others make the transition to an ongoing exercise plan that suits their lifestyle. Having achieved results over the initial six week period, personal training clients are then genuinely motivated to continue exercising to either maintain or further develop their fitness.
Some clients who are preparing for a specific event, whether it is a personal event such as a wedding or a sporting event such as a triathlon, sometimes choose to take up a package that involves three personal training sessions a week to ensure they have achieved significant results within their set timeframe.
